How do I get started?

Schedule a free 15-minute consultation here. We'll spend that time getting to know each other and figuring out if we're the right fit — no pressure either way.

How can I contact you?

What can I expect in a session?

Each session is 45–50 minutes of exploring patterns, creating awareness of your thoughts, and the behaviors that follow. We'll work to create systems and coping skills that help ease you out of survival mode and into a place of confidence and care.

What does therapy feel like?

There is no perfect way to do therapy, and you don't have to have all the answers. We can start with stuck points or simmering feelings, and go from there. During our sessions, I will meet you with compassion and understanding as we explore your experiences and identify healthy coping skills to help you take care of yourself.
