My Approach

Doing therapy differently.

I will meet you with compassion as we work to explore your world and the chapters within it. Along the way, there will be laughs and firm challenges as we seek out the sources of your inner voice.

To hear your story and be a confidant is a privilege I do not take lightly. I will offer tools and empower you to walk in your truth. Our sessions are 45–50 minutes of exploring patterns, creating awareness of your thoughts, and building coping skills that help ease you out of survival mode into a place of confidence and care.

There is no perfect way to do therapy — you don't have to have all the answers. We can start with stuck points or simmering feelings, and go from there.
